Nurse Referrals - Earn $500
Nurse referrals will earn you $500 after nurse completes 250 hours of work. Qualified Nurse referrals are RN's and LPN's only - minimum one year experience.
Allied Health Referrals - Earn $750
Allied Health Therapist referrals will earn you $750 after therapist completes 250 hours of work. Qualified Therapist referrals are PT's, SLP's, and OT's only - minimum one year experience.
How it works:
Fill out the on-line form below and submit it to DSG. First, we need to interview your friend or relative and after they start working for DSG and accumulate a minimum of 250 hours, DSG will automatically issue you a check with your referral bonus. Check will be mailed within 3-4 weeks after your friend or relative works the required number of hours. DSG will pay a referral fee one time per referral name.
